FAQ

Question 1. How can Authorized Inspection Associates, LLC help my Company?

If you are a current Certificate Holder, or are considering making application for ASME Section(s) I, IV, VIII-1, VIII-2, VIII-3, X and/or XII, or the National Board "R" Certificate, we can be an efficient, economical and helpful answer to your Code compliance needs. We can assist your company through the process of applying for, and receiving, your Certificate(s) including your written Quality Control Program and assisting all required procedures, personnel and qualifications.

Question 2. Why choose Authorized Inspection Associates, LLC?

Unlike most of our competition, we are owned and managed by trained and experienced Inspection personnel. This means that you have easy access to answers to any issues whether technical, accounting, scheduling or personnel related. This also allows us to focus our efforts on serving our customers and keeping our overhead low which, in turn, allows us to keep YOUR costs lower. * No Retainers - No charges for any periods that you don't use our services. This can be a significant savings over our competitors during months that you might not have any active Code work. * No Hourly Minimums - We charge by the single hour, not by two or four-hours minimums. * No Minimum contract term - This means that we have to satisfy our customers every time we provide service, not just when it gets close to the end of a long-term contract. * We are happy to provide references from some of our many satisfied customers.

Question 3. Is it easy to sign up?

The process is actually quite simple! You can just call or send an Email to us requesting a contract. We will need your legal company name, physical address, mailing address (if different), contact name and contact information (Phone, Fax, Email, etc.) We will create and send the contract; you sign and return. If you are a current Certificate Holder, you need only notify ASME and/or National Board (as applicable) that you have signed a contract with us so they can update their records (we can even provide the letter format!) Our contracts are not for a set contract period, so you can change Inspection Agencies quickly if we ever fail to provide the level of service you expect. We can do this because we are confident in our ability to maintain satisfied customers.
